Volume 1 = first 16 episodes of season 1
Volume 2 = last 2 episodes of season 1 + first 11 of season 2
Volume 3 = last 11 episodes of season 2
Volume 4 = season 3
Volume 5 = season 4
Volume 6 = season 5 + first 4 episodes of season 6
Volume 7 = episodes 5-10 of season 6 + episodes 1-4 of season 7
AUPS1 = last 7 episodes of season 7, all 10 episodes of season 8

So wait, were episodes 17 and 18 of season one ever released on a DVD volume? Volume 1 has 1-16 of season one, and then season two was split between volume 2 and 3….

But no mention of those other 2 episodes.
